Our Mission
At Head Over Hooves Farm Sanctuary, we have dedicated our work to care for and protect animals who are in need of a loving home, safe and free from hardship. As a 501(c)3 non-profit sanctuary, we believe in treating our animals with dignity, respect and compassion. We know that many of our followers share this commitment to a mission such as ours.
Since opening our farm sanctuary, we have taken in and cared for over eighty animals, to include horses, ponies, donkeys, sheep, goats, pigs, alpacas, chickens, rabbits and one camel. We provide our residents with the companionship they deserve, along with medical care, safe shelter, and a healthy future. We could not provide this level of service without the ongoing assistance received from our loyal and compassionate supporters.

All visits to the farm require an appointment. We do not accept drop in visitors under any circumstance. You can schedule your private visit through Facebook messenger or via email.

Our animals have come from a variety of different situations. Some have come from abusive/neglectful backgrounds, some came to us as strays, while others came from homes that were unable to care for them anymore. We have close to 80 permanent residents that call HOHFS their forever home.

Yes! We are an approved 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. Your donation is 100% tax deductible. You will receive a receipt for your donation.
